Our Healthy Living Classes is a 12 week Program that meets weekly for one hour at our office 301 S. Fair Oaks Ave. Suite 404, Pasadena CA. The class is instructed by Dr. Joshua Jacobi, triple board certified cardiologist. If you have insurance we accept, and a medical condition that meets requirements, we will bill your insurance for the classes. You would be responsible for any copays, coinsurances, deductibles, and/or balances that your insurance doesn’t cover. If you do not have insurance, the cost per class is $97.
